Our Inspiration

The Pem is a modern British restaurant that brings together tradition, seasonality, and innovation in a refined yet welcoming setting.

Named after suffragette Emily Wilding Davison—fondly known as ‘Pem’—the restaurant pays tribute to strength, character, and bold thinking. Our menus celebrate the best of British produce, with a strong focus on seasonality and sustainability. Dishes are crafted with care, using contemporary techniques to showcase bold, expressive flavours that change with the seasons. A thoughtfully curated wine list complements the food, featuring both celebrated classics and distinctive, lesser-known labels.

Located in the heart of Westminster, The Pem offers a dining experience that is elegant, ever-evolving, and full of personality.

Ladies Who Lead

This autumn, we’re proud to present Ladies Who Lead,  a three-part dinner series celebrating the women defining the future of design, art, and wine.

Rooted in The Pem’s ethos of championing female talent,  on the plate and beyond,  this intimate series brings together some of the most inspiring creative voices in the UK today. Throughout October and November, guests are invited to join exclusive in-conversation dinners paired with seasonal four-course tasting menus, each inspired by the evening’s guest.

The Line-Up

30th October – Nancy Cadogan, Artist celebrated for her contemplative figurative paintings exploring literature, time, and the quiet rituals of daily life.

20th November – Helen McGinn, International wine judge, drinks expert, and bestselling author of The Knackered Mother’s Wine Club.

Thanksgiving
To kick off the festive season, we’re thrilled to be bringing much-loved Thanksgiving Menu, which proved hugely popular with you all last year. Our Thanksgiving feast can be enjoyed with friends and family on the 27th of November, 2025.
